Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a program to help eligible households receive a subsidy of up to $30 a month or up to $75 a month on Tribal Lands towards internet services. This program was created by Congress and is implemented by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). A household is eligible for the ACP if the household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, or if a member of the household meets certain criteria.
