Event Description/Details:
A group for adults recovering from COVID-19 who are experiencing continued respiratory challenges as a result of COVID-19.
Music psychotherapy techniques such as therapeutic singing, guided music visualization, and music assisted relaxation coupled with wind instrument playing will be used to help restore optimal breathing and respiratory health. In addition, the group will include a pyschoeducation component and address many of the psychosocial impact of long-term health challenges from COVID-19
