Event Description/Details:

VOICE Day is a day-long community education and awareness exposition designed to arm families, community members, and professionals with knowledge and resources. Featured speakers for the day include: Dr. Ani Kalayjian, psychotherapist and trauma specialist, founder of Meaningfulworld.com, United Nations consultant; Dr. Jeffrey Reynolds, president and CEO of Family and Children’s Association; and Steve Chassman, Executive Director of Long Island Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Inc. (LICADD). The signature event of the day is an interactive provider fair to connect community members with services to foster adaptability, wellness, resources, safety, resilience, and quality of life.

Presented by the Department of Counseling and Mental Health Professions in the School of Health Professions and Human Services
