AN OPEN LETTER TO ALL ADVOCATES:
Dear Patients & Supporters of Advantage Care Health Centers, Long Island, NY,
Advantage Care Federally Qualified Health Centers, and in fact every community health center across the country, is in jeopardy! Federal funding of our health centers expired last September. In December of last year, additional funding was temporarily extended, however that funding is due to run out at the end of March 2018.
IMMEDIATE ACTION IS NEEDED!
I am writing to ask you to contact members of the Assembly, House and Senate urging them to include funding for Community Health Centers, putting people’s health first. You can contact your representatives by following this link: http://www.hcadvocacy.org/takeaction.
It is critical that everyone who cares about Advantage Care and the health of its patients make their voices heard immediately!
