Bridging the Gap in Health Care
Outreach to the Long Island community is essential to Advantage Care Health Center’s vision. Our goal is to help bridge the health care gap that exists on Long Island.
Since becoming a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in 2015, we have expanded our mission to provide outpatient clinical services to all members of the community including those with autism spectrum disorders (ASDs) and intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Long Island Community Outreach
Through our work with local school districts, places of worship, municipalities and other not-for-profits, Advantage Care has been given the opportunity to better understand our neighbors.
Support from local and state officials and other organizations has allowed us to ensure that our resources stay within the local community in order to meet the needs of our patients.
As a health center, we participate in many events year-round to help invest and give back to the Long Island community.
Making a Positive Impact for the Future
We are looking towards the future! As we continue our commitment to Long Island community outreach, we are honored to serve even more individuals with quality health care services they can trust.
