Dr. Cadet attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, receiving her degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine. She completed her General Practice Residency at Harlem Hospital Center in New York City. Dr. Cadet obtained advanced training in all fields of dentistry; including restorative, removable and fixed prosthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, extractions and emergency care. During this time Dr Cadet provided dental care, in all fields of dentistry, to the underserved populations.

While at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Cadet participated in collaborative dental projects and in research. Her public health experience includes participation in a Community Service Learning Externship at Neighborhood Dental Center in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

Dr. Cadet has a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Columbia University Columbia College and is proficient in Haitian Creole.
