Dr. Popkin-Zang received her Psy.D. Degree from the School-Clinical Child Psychology Program at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology of Yeshiva University, Bronx, NY.  She completed her pre-doctoral training as a Psychology Intern/Extern at the Lifeline Center for Child Development in Queens, including Psychology Externships at the Half Hollow Hills School District in Dix Hills and the White Plains School District. Dr. Popkin-Zang served as a Fellow in the Adolescent Unit – Child Evaluation and Rehabilitation Center at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Dr. Popkin-Zang is on staff as the School Psychologist for the Nassau BOCES – Jerusalem Avenue School in North Bellmore.  From 2014 to 2016, she was the School Psychologist for the Westbrook Preparatory School in Westbury. She was Supervising Psychologist for Lifeline Center for Child Development in Queens Village and Clinical Manager/Psychologist for Services for Students with Disabilities – College Board in New York City.
