Dr. Chang is a graduate of the College of Dental and Oral Surgery, Columbia University.  She completed her oral surgery internship at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and general practice externships at New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens and St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx.  She trained with specialists in oral surgery, periodontics, endodontics, periodontics, special patient care, removable and fixed prosthetics and emergency care.

Dr. Chang comes to us from Coler-Henry J. Carter Specialty Hospital and Nursing Facility, where she was on staff as their Dental Director and Coler-Goldwater Specialty Hospital and Nursing Facility, performing all areas of general dentistry on long-term hospital based and medically compromised patients and supervising multiple dental residents in all dental procedures.  She also performs cosmetic dentistry, restorations, extractions, and complex fixed and removable prosthesis.

Dr. Chang is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and Taiwanese) and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
