Black History Month
February 10, 2023

From landmarks to online communities, neighborhoods to news anchors, this annual event unites millions of people for a common goal: the eradication of heart disease and stroke.

Wear red to raise awareness about cardiovascular disease and help save lives. Why? Because losing even one woman to cardiovascular disease is too many. More than one in three women is living with some form of cardiovascular disease.  Fortunately, we can change that because 80 percent of cardiac and stroke events may be prevented with education and action.

Go Red For Women inspires women to make lifestyle changes, mobilize communities and shape policies to save lives. United, we are working to improve the health of all women. For American Heart Month this year, the American Heart Association is rallying everyone in February to: Save A Life. Learn CPR.
