Do you accept Medicaid?

Yes. We accept Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care Plans, Medicare and additional types of health insurance plans. For more information, please click here.

Do you take my insurance?

Can I reach a doctor 24 hours a day?

Yes, of course. We have an answering service who will reach the doctor on call 24 hours/7 days a week for any urgent issues after office hours. Call 516-686-4400.

Do you offer primary care for children?

Yes. We offer primary care services for both adults and children, which you can view here.

Do you offer podiatry care services?

Yes. We do offer medically necessary podiatry care services. To learn more, click here.

Do you provide Gynecology services?

No, but we do provide women’s health screening (pap smears). All other services needed would be done through our referring providers.

What dental services do you provide?

The Advantage Care Health Dental Centers provide all aspects of general dentistry and we refer to specialists when necessary. To view all dental services click here.

Do you use oral sedation in the office for anxious patients?

No. The Advantage Care Health Centers meet the ever-increasing dental needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. Patients can receive general anesthesia at the Northwell Health Ambulatory Surgery Center with Dr. Olshin.

Various treatments can be combined with comprehensive dental treatment under general anesthesia such as blood work, EKGs, chest X-rays and other examinations. Few hospitals in the state provide this much needed service. However, we do practice Dental Desensitization, which you can learn about here.

Why is dental care so important?

Early intervention and prevention in dental care is very important to ensure great overall general health. The Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends that a child’s first dental visit take place upon eruption of his or her first tooth. Request a dental care appointment with us today!

Do you treat children and provide dental services?

Yes. By providing a friendly, non-threatening and positive atmosphere we’re able to successfully offer comprehensive dental care services for both children and adults.

Does Advantage Care have Child Psychology?

Yes we do! We offer a variety of mental and behavioral health services, including child psychology, which you can learn more about here.

How soon can my child be seen for testing and consultations for evaluations?

Do you provide Autism services?
