Re:       Dr. Meredith Jaffe – Dental Services

I am pleased to announce that today – April 20, 2018, Dr. Meredith Jaffe joined our Advantage Care staff to provide dental services each Thursday and Friday from 9:00AM to 5:30PM.

Dr. Jaffe is a graduate of the New York University College of Dentistry.  She completed her residency in General Practice at St Charles Hospital and Rehabilitation Center, Department of Dentistry in Port Jefferson and was a Fellow and Clinical Assistant Professor in the Dental Care for individuals with intellectual and Developmental Disabilities at SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine.

Since 1996, Dr. Jaffe has had a private practice in Huntington.  She was also an Adjunct Instructor in the Dental Hygiene Program at Briarcliffe College in Patchogue teaching didactic courses in Pharmacology for Dental Hygiene and Pain Management and Special Patient Dental Care.

Dr. Jaffe’s professional affiliations include the American Dental Association, Suffolk Society of Forensic Dentistry, American Society of Forensic Odontology, American Academy of Forensic Sciences, National Disaster Medical System, American Academy of Developmental Medicine and Dentistry and the New York Library Association.

Dr. Jaffe also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Columbia University School of Nursing and a Master of Library Science from CUNY Queens College.
