Every May, we as a community recognize the importance of mental health awareness. However, this year that message may be more relevant than ever. As we cope with the coronavirus pandemic in New York, many are understandably experiencing extra stress, anxiety, grief and worry right now.

Even though we all need to practice social distancing, there are still many strategies you can use to maintain mental wellness. For example, Mental Health America created a fun calendar of self-care tips to follow during Mental Health Awareness Month.
